Where is Cana Ballroom located?
The Cana Ballroom is located in St. Peter Apostle Catholic Church Campus at 202 W. Kronkosky St. Boerne, Texas 78006.
What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, Quinceañeras, Corporate events, Non-Profit, Galas, Fundraising events, Memorials, Celebrations of life, Birthday parties, Baptism celebrations, and more. Please note that Cana Ballroom is exclusively reserved for Catholic weddings.
What is the capacity of the venue?
Full Ballroom Capacity is 450 with a dance floor and stage for DJ or live band. Cana A capacity 50-150 guests with dancefloor with stage, and Cana B up-to 120 guests. It all depends on the event setup.
What is included with the rental? Rental typically includes tables, chairs, customized setup, and access to the venue during your reserved time. Additional items like linens, audiovisual equipment, and décor may be available upon request.
What time can vendors and clients begin setup?
Standard setup time is arranged within the 12-hour venue rental. Early access may be available depending on scheduling at $200 per hour.
Do you provide linens?
Yes, we offer linen rentals in white, ivory and black color for an additional fee at $20 per linen. Do you have preferred vendors? Yes, we can provide a list of our VIP preferred vendors.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes, alcohol is allowed and policies vary by event. A police officer is required during alcohol service, and base on your estimated guests count, a minimum of three hours at $60 per hour. Alcohol is not permitted at Quinceañeras, Sweet16, or any youth/teen events. Please contact us for current guidelines and requirements.
Are bartenders allowed?
Yes, bartenders are allowed and required if serving alcohol. All bartenders must have a current TABC certification.
Do you provide audiovisual equipment? Yes, we offer Upgraded AV sound system, microphones, podium and screens & projectors.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?
Yes, a deposit and signed contract is required to secure your booking with a 50% downpayment and a refundable deposit of $1000 for the full ballroom or $500 refundable deposit for half of ballroom. The remaining balance is paid in scheduled installments.
Is parking available? Yes, ample parking is available onsite for guests, and accessible elevator.
