- This procedure applies to all events, retreats, fundraisers, etc., that:
  
  Are on Parish property, or;
  Require the Parish to sign any contracts or agreements, or;
  For which the Parish collects and records income or pays and records expenses through the Parish financial systems.
  
  Submit this completed form and email applicable attachments at least 30 days in advance of event to Janice Bunch, Parish Operations Director, at [email protected].
